Serving as a key member of the team as the Technical Delivery Manager (TDM), this role is responsible for innovating and delivering experiences in support of the digital transformation for frontline applications. The TDM understands the architectural and strategic direction of the team and will apply that direction to influence the overall strategy of the enterprise in partnership with the product owners and product manager. They will drive improvements to the overall customer and user journey and web-based technologies. The position requires being a strategic partner with groups across the enterprise including but not limited to Digital Frontline, Retail, Web, Customer Delivery, and Marketing, etc. The TDM drives a solution set based on defined business requirements; develops and implements organization-wide launch plans; plans and prioritizes work around resources. The TDM uses the best practices found in project management, product/software design and development, user experience design, architectural design, and business management. You re the mastermind who knows what will make the business prosper, what s technically possible and how to make it happen. What you'll do in your role. Partner with domain architect to prioritize and implement strategies in achieving architectural roadmap and technical design that sets the path for tomorrow Work with broader internal teams to gather specific project requirements and implement them using the agile development methodologies Participate in the agile ceremonies and help constantly raise the bar of the team Relentlessly put customer and Frontline needs first by providing Always On systems Present your awesome solutions to Leadership and internal Partners using productivity tools Provide clear direction to engineers Understand the technology stack inside out such that you are seen as the team s SME for technical expertise Lead and assist with development, testing, migrations, production cutovers and application onboarding Support industry standards, regulatory compliance, and customer business requirements Stay current with industry trends and how they might impact tools, training, and support of existing and potential customers Works cross-functionally with business teams to help resolve pain points and reduce manual work Continuously improve the product features and performance Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Minimum 4 years of Technical Delivery Manager Experience or equivalent Solid knowledge of middle layer and back-end system integration Technical leadership skills for managing a track of work and defining a comprehensive solution leading Experience and knowledge working with frontline users and platforms Experience working with teams that support frontline experiences Experience working with teams that work directly with business partners Experience working with commerce/selling experience preferred Extensive knowledge of IT concepts, strategies, methodologies, architectures and technical standardsMinimum years of experience*: 10+
