Detailed Job Description:

Minimum of 10 years of project/program management experience Managed several package implementation projects, preferably CRM such as Dynamics Manage a project with large team of 60 resources (onsite and offshore in India) Ability to drive executive conversations in steering committee meetings Must have excellent oral and written communication, presenting, meeting facilitation, negotiation, decision making, problem solving, influencing, and stakeholder management skills Well versed with project management methodologies, tools, and monitor and control measures (includes issue/risk/escalation management, quality assurance, stakeholder management) Ability to handle multiple sub-project tracks within a program and deliver the program successfully Ability to interface with stakeholders from other tracks outside of the program (such as MDM, systems Integration, etc.) Coordinate with respective Client teams for project specific escalated and critical issues Effectively collaborate with project team and client resources on technical consultative services during the delivery engagement  Experience working in Agile / Scrum project delivery model
