Must have atleast 12 years of experience in Dynamics CRM Sales, Marketing, Field Services. Must have handled large teams and projects following Agile methodology. Should be well versed in Scrum processes. Must be PMP certified. Must multitask in a global environment across a matrix organization, including outsourced service providers, and per customers project management methods PPM. Position requires the resource to participate in business discussions and capture customer pain points
