Detailed Job Description:

At least 8 years of functional BA experience with knowledge on healthcare domain. Proficient in BA skills, should be able to handle requirements end-to-end. Must have hands-on experience in preparing use cases, user stories, functional requirements, process and UML diagrams. Proficiency with SQL for data analysis; ability to write queries and understanding of database concepts. Should have experience on Salesforce CRM and ETL process. Should have worked on both Agile and Waterfall methodologies; experience with Agile methodology is given priority. Should have experience with scrum techniques, and facilitating scrum ceremonies. Experience with enterprise-wide and/or cross-functional large scale initiatives. Should have worked on large RFPs in the Healthcare space. Professional education like certified scrum master is an added advantage. Business Analysis, Agile Product Owner, Manage Scrum and Releases, Requirements elicitation and management, prioritize Features and work with Business to take them to implementation, manage daily and weekly scrum ceremonies
