Detailed Job Description:
7 years of project management responsibility, demonstrating leadership skills and managing technical staff and financial resources through various life-cycle phases (cross functional experience highly desirable) 7 years of management experience in which one or more of the following has occurred: Successful development and implementation of applications in new computing architecture environments using new and emerging technologies Demonstrated competency in managing resources to meet project and program goals Successfully implemented new work processes or process improvements Experience in infrastructure definition and deployment, and project management life cycles related to implementing new and refreshing/upgrading existing environments Experience in process engineering / re-engineering and deployment, and project management life cycles related to implementing new re-engineered processes Knowledge of industry (Telecom) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills Knowledge and use of formal software development lifecycle methodologies, including: Waterfall and Agile 2 or more years of documented program management responsibility in leading program initiatives and were directly responsible to simultaneously project manage one or more work-streams (aka Work Packages or Swim-lanes) within a program). Experience in managing subordinate project managers and in soliciting, combining and aggregating program progress information from subordinate project's managers, as a single point of reporting for the Program's overall health, to include deliverables, cost, schedule, risks and issues, to the program's sponsor / clientMinimum years of experience*: 10+
