Perform the role of Incident Managers for critical incidents.Incident Manager has to remain on the
critical incident call, drive the call and communicate out the Incident status. Review, suggest, plan and
roll out process improvements in the Application Maintenance process. Measure customer
satisfaction, document lessons learned and circulate back with other Infosys teams Perform the role
