Location: Columbus, OH (Remote with some in-office requirements) Pay Rate: $60-80/HR Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager for a 6-month contract position based in Columbus, OH. This role offers a competitive pay rate of $60-$80 per hour. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple medium to high complexity, high-profile projects, and the ability to quickly adapt to FSI PMO processes and required project reporting. Key Responsibilities: + Manage and lead multiple medium/high complexity projects. + Quickly adapt to FSI PMO processes and required project reporting. + Take the lead in managing stakeholders to make the best decisions and communicate effectively. + Utilize well-developed oral and written communication skills to interact with all levels of management. + Work comfortably and effectively with diverse project sponsors and multiple business units. + Influence and manage project team members without a formal direct reporting structure. + Apply strong negotiating and influencing skills. + Use analytical skills and strategic thinking for budgeting, forecasting, monitoring, process management, risk management, quality control, reporting, and operational efficiencies. Qualifications: + Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing multiple medium/high complexity, high-profile projects. + Well-versed in Contact Center/Call Center technology and general telecommunication knowledge. + Familiarity with Genesys Contact Center is a plus. + Strong oral and written communication skills. + Experience managing and influencing project team members without a formal direct reporting structure. + Strong negotiating and influencing skills. + Solid understanding and knowledge of PMI-based project management competency areas and methodologies. + Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred, but not required.
