Responsibilities
Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Identify and remove any obstacles that may be hindering the team's progress Track and report on sprint progress and ensure that the team is meeting its commitments Work with the product owners to prioritize the product backlog and ensure that it is well groomed Foster a collaborative and productive team environment that promotes creativity and innovationQualifications
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum 5+ years PM experience in managing IT Projects Strong verbal, written and presentation skills Strong analytical, reasoning, organisational and negotiation skills Communicating with all levels of both business and IT teams Strong ability to multitask and to work tasks without daily supervisor interaction Self-starter – Proactive, investigative, willing to challenge assumptions and defend delivery timescales Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies Understanding of the application development lifecycle Experience with outsourcing and external third-party suppliers/partners Insurance or financial services and digital transformation domain knowledge European language skills would be advantageous but not essentialOur team makes the difference, every time.
