Description We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to lead and manage complex IT projects from initiation to closure. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management methodologies and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities: + Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. + Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments. + Manage project budgets and resources effectively. + Track project progress and identify potential risks and issues. + Communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management. + Facilitate meetings and workshops with project team members and stakeholders. + Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards. + Implement change management processes to minimize disruptions. + Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned. Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. + 5+ years of experience in IT project management. + Proven track record of successful project delivery. + Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid). + Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira). + Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Certifications (PMP) preferred.
