Kforce has a client that is seeking a skilled and dynamic IT Project Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Juno Beach, FL. This individual will manage various IT projects from requirements gathering to deployment, leveraging agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: * Lead IT projects from initiation to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives * Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk management strategies * Apply agile methodologies to manage sprints, backlogs, and progress tracking * Ensure timely delivery of projects within defined scope and quality parameters Team Coordination: * Manage an offshore development team based in India, ensuring clear communication and task prioritization * Coordinate with internal developers, UX designers, and testers to meet project objectives * Address roadblocks and foster collaboration across teams Technical Focus: * Oversee projects involving billing systems, .NET applications, and Salesforce implementations/enhancements * Understand technical constraints and dependencies to guide project execution effectively Reporting and Communication: * Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership on project progress, risks, and resolutions * Maintain project documentation, including status reports, issue logs, and risk mitigation plans
