Description We are looking for a skilled IT Project Manager to join our team located in Cleveland, Ohio. This role will focus on leading the deployment of ServiceNow throughout our organization, requiring a strong understanding of business processes and broad technical expertise. Responsibilities: • Lead the implementation of ServiceNow to replace several systems across the organization. • Learn and understand the system and business processes to effectively manage the deployment. • Utilize CRM and CSM skills to effectively manage customer relationships and service management. • Ensure hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform to drive successful implementation. • Take full ownership of the deployment and evolution of ServiceNow within the organization. • Leverage broad technical expertise to support the ongoing growth and advancement of the department. • Utilize strong business acumen to support the effective roll-out and utilization of ServiceNow. • Leverage skills in ServiceNow Implementation to ensure effective and efficient deployment.
