Srvs **Location** Other **City** Salt Lake City, UT **Type of Recruitment** External Posting **Pay Rate Range** $69,000 – $99,500 **Close Date** 04/22/2025 **Priority Review Date (Note - Posting may close at any time)** **Job Summary** + Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects within the information technology department. + Oversees all aspects of projects. + Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. + Builds and maintains working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects. + Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project. **Responsibilities** + Leads planning and implementation of assigned projects. + Coordinates and/or facilitates project kick-off meetings, workshops, and other meeting formats within the scope of the project. + Defines project plans including scope, tasks, resources, schedules, budgets, risks, etc. using standard project management tools. + Tracks project deliverables, expenditures, and continuously monitors progress, quality, and budget. + Implements and manages project change management, risk management, and mitigation actions to achieve project success. + Performs appropriate project closure that includes evaluation, assessment of results and closure documents. **Minimum Qualifications** Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience) and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
