Job Description Insight Global is seeking an IT Project Manager for a Workday Implementation. The overarching responsibility is to help manage the entire implementation of Workday and a number of Workday products for a recently acquired hospital. As an IT Project Manager (ERP), your day starts with a series of meetings involving various stakeholders from Business, HR, and Finance to gather essential information. You will transfer the gathered information into the master schedule, ensuring all details are accurately documented. Organization and meticulous documentation are key, as you keep all project-related information up-to-date and accessible. You will build out and maintain a SharePoint site for stakeholders to use, ensuring it is user-friendly and comprehensive. Identifying and addressing any roadblocks, you will manage risks and issues proactively to keep the project on track. Staying on top of team members and stakeholders, you will ensure they provide timely updates and follow the established processes. You will collaborate closely with the technical team responsible for building integrations with ERP products, ensuring seamless integration. Your day ends by reviewing progress, updating documentation, and preparing for the next days tasks and meetings. Skills and Requirements · 4+ years of IT Project Management experience within large organizations  · Strong experience within managing ERP system projects/implementations with ERPs such as Workday, Oracle (PeopleSoft, Fusion), SAP, Infor, etc and working with stakeholders in Finance, Accounting, and HR to ensure smooth project completion    o Workday is preferred  · Experience using Microsoft Project management tools (such as OnePlan, etc)  · Experience using Microsoft collaboration tools, specifically SharePoint and Teams  · Experience managing project schedule, documentation, and visibility/tracking Strong organization and communication skills · Experience in the healthcare industry  · Experience with OnePlan, a Microsoft project management tool  · Workday experience Experience with Kronos, UKG Pro, Symplr, Smart Square null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
