**Job ID Number** R4645 **Employment Type** Full time **Worksite Flexibility** Onsite **Job Summary** As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for the management of one or multiple moderately complex projects concurrently; plans and performs analysis of company functions, processes, and activities. **Job Description** We are looking for an **IT Project Manager** to manage multiple projects that may span or impact multiple functions. As part of the IT Delivery team, you the Project Manager will be accountable for the successful end-to-end delivery of strategic projects. The work also includes leading, collaborating, coaching team members, and influencing others outside their direct team to ensure the success of initiatives. This position will be **contract** and **onsite** and **requires travel** . A valid passport is required. **What You’ll Do** + Responsible for the successful delivery of all programs/projects within their portfolio. + Effective facilitator and coach that develops teams that can adjust to change and deliver on planned outcomes. + Delivery of project scope on time and on budget as per communicated and agreed to targets. + Proactively and accurately manage project financials to meet department planning, forecasting, and reporting deadlines + Maintain plans at appropriate level of detail to provide Resource Managers visibility to staffing needs by skill set. Proactive engage Resource Managers in securing resources for project work and communicate any changes in demand throughout project. + Ensure proper and timely project communication to all external and internal stakeholders (status reports, steering committee, resource managers, etc.). + Leads, mentors, influences and supports Project Managers on complex projects and assignments. + Establishes project management policies, guidelines, metrics and templates. Looks for ways to streamline project management processes and tools and increase efficiency and success rate of project management team. + Works with Governance team to ensure adherence to dept needs. + Provides centralized project management services such as planning, scheduling, estimates, costing, project accounting and risk assessment. Works with Global Business Solution, Software Engineering, Technical Engineering, and Operations Leads to align pipeline and active project schedules and dependencies. + Facilitate project/portfolio reviews of critical/key projects and programs. + Tracks and reports project or program status, ensuring that risks are reviewed and mitigated, issues are escalated and resolved, and changes are documented and approved. + Collaborates with internal and external constituents, including suppliers, to meet common goals and resolve conflicting issues. + Applies subject matter expertise in the execution of assigned functional responsibilities; remains current with industry trends, especially as related to contemporary project management techniques as they impact corporate objectives. + Manages Project Managers, Project Analysts and Project Administrators within their team. + Monitors work demand and makes decisions to augment team with contractors as needed. + Monitors performance and provides timely feedback and coaching/mentoring and performs formal and informal performance reviews and discussions. + Develops resources by helping to identify training needs and opportunities. Creates formal Development Plans as needed. + Participate, in collaboration with IT Leadership, in the definition and implementation of Technical and Functional IT strategies, to align to corporate strategy and Key Performance Indicators. + Performs other duties as required.
