Required Skills:
3-5 years' experience in IT Project Management field , familiar with PM methodologies and best practices, Waterfall, Agile, PMI, ideally coming from a Project Management Office
Experience leading technology projects and initiatives tied to digital transformation, business process optimization, and vendor management
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills as well as written and verbal communication skills
Strong relationship building and collaboration skills to establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a Sr Project Manager for a contract to hire opportunity with a privately held company in Fort Lauderdale. We're seeking candidates who have strong emotional intelligence, are flexible, and can command a room and keep project stakeholders, vendors, partners, and resources on track for successful project delivery and system go lives. In this role, you'll be joining a newly formed PMO and will work closely with an assigned BA to assist with 3rd party software implementations and business process optimization initiatives to complement our client's digital transformation efforts. We're seeking candidates who have 3-5 years of prior experience working as a Project Manager having experience including both IT inititiatives and business process optimization initiatives. In this role, you will work with our client's business stakeholders to lead RFI/RFP efforts for third party software vendor selection to achieve business goals, as well as lead project efforts for successful implementation efforts involving configurations, customizations, implementations, and deployments. The ideal candidate will have lead projects or workstreams tied to third party cloud-based software implementations including but not limited to: ERP, CRM, HRIS, and/or PPM software. The ideal candidate will have a BS Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field along with 3-5 years of professional experience with project management and/or project coordination along with PMP or similar project management certification.
