IT Project Manager

A Typical Day The IT Project Manager coordinates meetings, schedules, reporting and communication to project teams and ensures team members adhere to project deadlines. As the IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for tracking project changes, updating schedules/project plans, and garnering agreements with Engineers and customers. The IT Project Manager will: Lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with program goals and milestones. Partner effectively with technical and product counterparts to drive cohesive efforts. Guide teams in translating program goals and milestones into actionable agile execution plans. Collaborate with external vendors to foster strong relationships and manage product and technical dependencies. Utilize JIRA expertise to build insightful reports, track progress, identify trends, and address challenges proactively. Manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with project timelines and vendor dependencies. Effectively handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Influence and motivate teams without formal authority, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance. What You’ll Bring Extensive experience in interfacing and coordinating with multiple vendors. Strong organizational skills and experience in project tracking across multiple teams. Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear and concise project updates, risks, and issues to senior-level stakeholders. Proven ability to build and lead successful teams. JIRA expertise with a focus on reporting and data analysis. Experience in managing product roadmaps and vendor dependencies. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities. Strong influencing and motivational skills.
