IT Project Manager
Job Description Analyze project proposals to determine time frame, funding limitations and appropriate process for accomplishing projects.  Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required activities and tasks.  Provide leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle, and confer with project staff to outline a work plan.  Establish a work plan and staffing for project activities, iterations or phases, and arrange for recruitment or assignment of project personnel.  Implement a project communication plan.  Perform risk assessment and implement mitigation plans.  Monitor project activities, ensuring the currency, quality and integrity of information, while providing consistency in content and look and feel across the organization.  Ensure that project goals are in line with business objectives.  Ensure that project goals are achieved.  Assign duties and responsibilities to project personnel and define the scope of their authority.  Direct and coordinate the activities of project personnel to ensure projects progress on schedule and within budget.  Review status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required.  Establish standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation.  Benchmark project management performance continuously to identify the potential for improvements and increase capability in project and portfolio management.  Understand technical options, limitations, costs, and risks. Communicate tradeoffs to business stakeholders.  Work with business and delivery teams to prioritize requirements according to project goals.  Help resolve competing priorities between stakeholder groups by facilitating stakeholder discussions and escalate issues where appropriate.  Explore new ways to increase customer or client satisfaction. Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business or related field  Proficient in Microsoft Office suite/ Office 365  Strong written and verbal communication skills,  Understanding of Technology solutions, e.g. Web Services, Cloud compute.  Experience with agile development methodologies and agile planning tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps  Ability to develop and execute a project resource plan that ensures that the right people are in the right place doing the right things at the right time  3+ years' of experience Background in related industry - Clinical Trials/ Logistics  Knowledge of Clinical Trial Systems (EDC, IRT, CTMS), Good Clinical Practice and related industry regulations null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
