IT Project Manager
Description We are offering a contract to permanent opportunity for an IT Project Manager based in Saint Louis, Missouri. In this role, you will be tasked with the planning, execution, and finalization of software-related projects, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines and thoroughness of requirements. You will be coordinating with team members and consultants to deliver projects according to plan. Responsibilities: • Establish and communicate the scope, goals, and deliverables of the project, in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. • Develop comprehensive project plans and communication documents. • Negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel. • Identify project dependencies and manage the critical path. • Schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. • Track project milestones and deliverables, providing progress reports and requirements documentation. • Proactively manage changes in project scope, devise contingency plans, and identify potential crises. • Define project success criteria and communicate them to all involved parties. • Conduct project postmortems to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements, creating a recommendations report. • Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management. • Utilize project management software, such as Microsoft Project, and other software programs, such as Microsoft Office suite, to effectively execute tasks. • Foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment while also demonstrating the ability to work independently. Requirements • Applicant must possess proficiency in Atlassian Jira. • Familiarity with Cisco Technologies is necessary for this role. • Applicant should have experience with Cloud Technologies. • CRM knowledge is a key requirement for this position. • Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential. • Ability to use About Time software is expected. • AB Testing skills are required for this job. • Agile Scrum experience is an important qualification for this position. • Applicant must have knowledge of Budget Processes. • Change Management skills are a crucial requirement for this role.
