Kforce's client is looking for an IT Project Manager for a remote role. This person must be able to work 8-2pm PST prime hours. Summary: The IT Project Manager will work on large initiatives related to their ERP system and centralized distribution and warehouse management facilities. They will be working cross functionally with IT, Manufacturing, suppliers, purchasing, etc. The IT Project Manager will also work closely with external resources and partners. Responsibilities: * Acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of the team members in order to deliver projects according to plan while ensuring consistency with the business methodology, strategy, commitments, and goals * Develops and leads multiple projects based on project plans, including scope documents, goal deliverables, communication, and scheduling * Schedules and reports out project timelines and milestones * Plans, schedules, coordinates, and monitors final approval of products through the full production cycle * Establishes effective trust-based relationships with stakeholders from different functions and seniority levels, is able to quickly build credibility and is viewed as the "go-to" person for project related items * Manages multiple large and complex projects while meeting deadlines, producing high-quality deliverables, and creating high customer satisfaction (internal or external customers) * Evaluates and recommends changes to current and future technology system requirements to meet organizational needs * Leads the implementation of new organizational processes aligned technology projects
