Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join their team. As an IT Project Manager, you will be part of the IT department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, along with a strong understanding of **Dynamics 365 implementations** , which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** IT Project Manager
**Location:** Boise, Idaho
**Pay Range:** $65/hr.
**What's the Job?**
+ Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects, with a focus on platform or application rollouts.
+ Operate autonomously, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
+ Manage complex cross-departmental projects, coordinating across multiple business functions.
+ Effectively balance and prioritize the needs and expectations of various stakeholders, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
+ Utilize the waterfall project management methodology to deliver projects, while leveraging agile practices when appropriate.
**What's Needed?**
+ **10+ years of experience in IT project management (preferred).**
+ **Proven experience with Dynamics 365 implementations.**
+ PMP certification is required.
+ Strong understanding of the waterfall methodology; agile experience is a plus.
+ Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects.
