We are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager for our HR Systems to join our team. This role will support one of our top global biopharmaceutical clients. This position will play a critical role in bridging the gap between the IT and HR departments by understanding HR processes, systems, and data, and providing technical expertise to address issues, implement enhancements, and optimize HRIS solutions. This role will function more like a consultant between the various HR Stakeholders and the IT Developers and will require very strong communication and collaboration skills and a strong ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders and ability to convey business needs to IT developers. This position requires a deep understanding of HR technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and improve overall efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact between the IT and HR departments to understand HR business requirements, processes, and challenges.
2. Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and prioritize enhancements, projects, and system changes.
3. Address IT HR issues, such as system errors, data discrepancies, and user access problems.
4. Configure, customize, and maintain IT HR platforms and modules to align with HR requirements, procedures, and compliance requirements.
5. Provide the necessary training and support to HR users on IT HR functionalities, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
6. Partner with Parets IT team in the HR enhancements, integrations, and upgrades.
7. Stay updated on the latest HR technology trends, innovations, and best practices to recommend and implement continuous improvements.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and other IT departments, to ensure successful implementation and adoption of IT HR solutions.
9. Prepare documentation, including system requirements, process flows, and user guides, to support IT HR initiatives and knowledge transfer.
Job Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in IT HR administration, configuration, or consulting role preferred.
2. Deep understanding of HR platforms such as SAP HR, SuccessFactors or similar systems, with a desired GXP/compliance training background.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
5. Experience with project management methodologies and tools to manage IT projects from initiation to completion.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
7. Bilingual in English and Spanish would be a plus, as this role will require collaborating with IT team members in Spain at times.
