This role is also responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders, ensuring projects align with organizational goals, managing project resources, and maintaining project documentation. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Essential Performance Requirements* Defines project scope, objectives, and deliverables, aligning with strategic goals Creates detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Leads project teams to ensure task completion according to schedule Monitors and adjusts project progress to meet deadlines and budget constraints Maintains consistent communication with stakeholders, managing expectations and providing status updates Implements quality control processes to ensure deliverable compliance with standards Leads change management for smooth transition of new systems, addressing resistance and fostering adoption Manages project documentation, resource allocation, and vendor relationships, ensuring quality and strategic alignment


Service Excellence Attends the workplace regularly, reports to work punctually, and follows a work schedule to keep up with the demands of the worksite Completes all required training and professional development sessions sponsored through Tarrant County College (TCC) Supports the mission, values, goals, and principles of the College
Supervision Works under the general supervision of the Program Director of IT Projects

Required Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree One (1) year’s working experience related to the Essential Performance Requirements Preferred Qualifications Current certification in project management or business analysis, such as Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Project+, or Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA Current Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) 4 certification Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of project management principles, methodologies (such as Agile and Waterfall), and best practices Knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure relevant to the projects managed Skilled in oral, electronic, and written communications and skilled in effectively conveying information to various stakeholders Skilled in budgeting and financial management, ensuring projects stay within financial constraints Ability to lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and effective teamwork Ability to analyze data and provide sound recommendations based on policy, procedure, practice, and existing regulations Ability to anticipate and address project challenges Ability to effectively manage time, with a capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks Ability to manage and align stakeholder expectations and requirements Ability to lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems or processes Physical Demands and Work Environment Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representatives of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
