Required Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree One (1) year’s working experience related to the Essential Performance Requirements Preferred Qualifications Current certification in project management or business analysis, such as Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Project+, or Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA Current Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) 4 certification Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of project management principles, methodologies (such as Agile and Waterfall), and best practices Knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure relevant to the projects managed Skilled in oral, electronic, and written communications and skilled in effectively conveying information to various stakeholders Skilled in budgeting and financial management, ensuring projects stay within financial constraints Ability to lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and effective teamwork Ability to analyze data and provide sound recommendations based on policy, procedure, practice, and existing regulations Ability to anticipate and address project challenges Ability to effectively manage time, with a capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks Ability to manage and align stakeholder expectations and requirements Ability to lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems or processes Physical Demands and Work Environment Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representatives of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This role is also responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders, ensuring projects align with organizational goals, managing project resources, and maintaining project documentation.
