Description Responsibilities • Lead the orchestration of meetings, including the management of calendars and meeting notes • Coordinate and manage different domains to ensure a comprehensive execution plan • Process, monitor, and update project plans and timelines to ensure deliverables are met • Guide the implementation of the AESOP brand into the existing structure • Employ project management tools and software for efficient execution of tasks • Utilize planning processes to develop and maintain accurate and realistic timelines • Display leadership skills by leading systems implementation projects • Carry out discovery sessions to understand and follow through on project requirements • Demonstrate brand awareness and business management skills in the execution of tasks • Identify potential roadblocks proactively and reactively, and develop strategic resolutions.
