CTG's premier client has a contract assignment for an **IT Project Manager III - ERP** .

**Location:** Remote, must be willing to work EST schedule
**Pay Rate:**
**Work Hours:** M-F 8am-5pm
**Education:** Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent)

**Description**
The IT Project Manager III - ERP will be responsible for overseeing and managing ERP and related technology projects from initiation through completion. This includes managing project scope, budget, schedule, and risks, while ensuring all business requirements are met. The role requires the ability to coordinate multiple resources, engage with stakeholders at all levels, and ensure timely delivery of projects within budget.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Assemble and lead the project team, assign individual responsibilities, identify necessary resources, and develop schedules to meet project deadlines.
+ Develop project scope, objectives, and ensure the appropriate role and function of each team member.
+ Provide guidance to subordinates based on organizational goals and standards; review work to ensure objectives are met effectively and on time.
+ Establish and enforce operating standards and procedures affecting subordinate units.
+ Act as an advisor to staff members to meet schedules and resolve technical or operational challenges.
+ Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and performance standards, influencing the development of project deliverables.
+ Frequently liaise with equivalent-level managers and customer representatives regarding project decisions, scheduling requirements, and clarifications.
+ Assess and implement the most suitable project management processes to meet program objectives.
+ Plan and execute project communication, ensuring appropriate stakeholder expectations, status updates, and issue escalation.
+ Work with the sponsor to ensure business value progression is on track.
+ Coordinate with Global Sourcing partners for vendor management (RFI, RFP, SOW, etc.).
+ Manage change in organization, technology, architecture, and business readiness.
+ Oversee quality outcomes through test planning and execution.
+ Execute project plan deliverables and operational readiness with project team members.
+ Facilitate and resolve issues across teams and stakeholders.
**Requirements:**
**Education:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Project Management or related field.
+ 5+ years of experience in project management, particularly in ERP and manufacturing environments.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Hands-on experience managing ERP application enhancements.
+ Familiarity with backlog management.
+ Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to assess risk and recommend appropriate solutions.
+ Experience with ERP systems such as SAP S4HANA, Camstar, and cloud implementations.
+ Ability to explain complex technical concepts in non-technical language.
+ Strong communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills across teams.
+ Financial acumen and understanding of project management processes.
+ Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
+ Fast learner with the ability to transfer knowledge to others.
+ **Project Management Institute (PMI) PMP Certified** (Include certification number and active dates on resume).
+ **Agile/Scrum Certified** (e.g., Scrum Master).
**Desired Skills:**
+ Knowledge of SDLC as a quality framework for project management.
+ Understanding of ITIL and/or ISO.
+ Negotiation skills and contract management experience.
+ Prior experience in a similar or equivalent project management position.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $150,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
