Description
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise IT Project Manager to join our client's dynamic team in the energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and a proven track record of implementing system changes across multiple Agile teams. This role requires exceptional coordination skills to manage changes spanning from the Salesforce team to the customer billing team, focusing on creating functionality to track deal profitability.
Experience with Salesforce and customer billing systems.
Financial project management experience, particularly in tracking deal profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage system changes across 5-8 Agile teams.
Collaborate with product owners and scrum masters to ensure successful project delivery.
Oversee UAT and regression testing processes.
Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans.
Facilitate communication and alignment between Salesforce and customer billing teams.
Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
A PMP Certification is required for this position. Manage IT projects, initiation through closeout, as assigned and within the parameters of cost, quality, schedule and objectives. Provide leadership for IT project team members and the Project Management process. Position generally used for projects requiring integration of multiple functional organizations. Works independently and mentors other project managers. Responsible for the pursuit of cost reductions and maximizing value on all assigned projects. Responsible for project communications and required negotiations with internal and external organizations. Directly accountable for the management of projects with an aggregate annual cash flow of over $3 million.
Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Technical or Management Discipline with 10 years overall experience of which 6 years have been as a project team member. OR 12 years of directly applicable industry experience, 6 years of which must be in the field of management of projects AND PMP Certification.
Position Requirements:
• 10+ yr of complex project management on custom developed software.
• Excellent communication, financial analysis, and collaboration skills.
• Retail Energy experience.
• Experience leading projects for cutting edge digital / customer facing platforms is a must.
• User experience (UX) / design expertise.
• Agile expertise, ability to flex frameworks for the business and team needs is essential.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in IT project management.
Extensive experience with Agile methodology.
Proven experience in coordinating system changes across multiple Agile teams.
Strong understanding of UAT and regression testing.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Energy industry experience is preferred.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr.
