IT Project Manager Specialist
Our Client, a Real Estate and Financial Services company, is looking for a IT Project Manager Specialist for their McLean, VA/Plano, TX/ Hybrid location. Responsibilities: + Key team member of the Client Enterprise Risk Management Technologies Team within the Enterprise Business Technology Office. This role will be responsible for leading an effort that will require partnering with multiple stakeholders to define strategies, technical approaches, objectives, and deliver capabilities leveraging Agile methodologies that transform the businesses. + Proven success leading multi-discipline Agile technology team with a focus on delivery, schedule, and team day to day activities. + Responsible for technical mentorship, vendor management, and ensure alignment with PMO, business partners, Enterprise Operations, Technology teams, and strategies. Requirements: + Minimum of 5 years of hands on experience in a technical role, with preference for developing experience, hands on developing is a must have, 3 + PM, Macro level management, Vendor Management, Stakeholder Management, People Management, Cloud-AWS, Sass, Agile Methodology. Team is not looking for Scrum Coach. + 5+ years of software management experience, leading other managers + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced/studies degree preferred + Experience in directing a team of 20+ IT professionals and developing partnerships across multiple business areas concurrently to deliver complicated technology solutions. + Experience and knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), modern architectures, development languages (Java, JavaScript, Python), DevSecOps + Experience with SaaS implementations + Experience with Agile development and product teams + Diversified strong technical background. + Effective communication + Ability to translate complex technical issues into easily understood communications between business and technical teams.
