\nThe IT Project Manager will plan, initiate, and manage PSSI IT projects and serve as the liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Job duties include:
\n\n\n\nIdentify and develop business requirements.\nDevelop and manage work breakdown structure (“WBS”) of information technology projects.\nDevelop or update project plans for information technology projects including information such as project goals, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing.\nManage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.\nPrepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.\nAssign duties, responsibilities, and spans of authority to project personnel.\nCoordinate recruitment or selection of project personnel.\nDevelop and manage annual budgets for information technology projects.\nDevelop implementation plans that include analyses such as cost-benefit or return on investment (“ROI”).\nDirect or coordinate activities of project personnel.\nEstablish and execute a project communication plan.\nIdentify the need for initial or supplemental project resources.\nIdentify, review, or select vendors or consultants to meet project needs.\nInitiate, review, or approve modifications to project plans.\nMonitor or track project milestones and deliverables.\nNegotiate with project stakeholders or suppliers to obtain resources or materials.\nSchedule and facilitate meetings related to information technology projects.\nAssess current or future customer needs and priorities through communicating directly with customers, conducting surveys, or other methods.\nConfer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems.\nMonitor the performance of project team members, providing and documenting performance feedback.\nPerform risk assessments to develop response strategies and disaster recovery plans.\nSubmit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n\n\nYOUR MUST HAVES:
\n\n\n\nMust be 18 years of age or older.\nBachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience from an accredited college or university) plus a minimum of four years of project management experience.\n3+ years of experience in software project management.\nFamiliarity with infrastructure operations, SDLC, and project management.\nVendor management experience and the related infrastructure knowledge to guide them.\nPMP and/or Scrum Master Certification desired.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\n\n\nOUR ENVIRONMENT:
\n\nThis is a hybrid role, partially based at the Corporate Headquarters, combining time in a traditional office setting with remote work from your professional home office. You will be expected to work on-site at minimum three days a week. The position requires sitting for extended periods of time while working on a computer.
