IT Project/ Programme Manager

We are looking for you, if you:

have around 5 years of experience as Project Manager (planning, managing and implementing projects), preferably in IT field,
International project-experience is a must have.
The candidate should demonstrate capability in planning, managing, and implementing complex projects.are proficient in English and feel confident in presenting and reporting to a broader, diverse audience,have excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills,have fast adapting personality with a strong sense of taking responsibility,work independently and have structured way of working, combined with flexibility and organizational skills,have ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines and to cope with a rapidly changing environment,have very good proficiency with MS Office, especially Power Point and Excel.

English level: C1

You'll get extra points for:

experience with and understanding of IT Security topics,demonstrated ability to influence, persuade and negotiate,knowledge of meetings facilitation techniques,degree/ training/ comparable qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

Your responsibilities:

lead the planning and implementation of IT projects, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress,ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and budget,develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports,manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external vendors,identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and effective solutions,travel - as required for project needs and stakeholder engagement.

Information about the squad:

Our squad provides end-to-end project management in IT security area. We follow Agile approach and mindset cooperating within whole ING Group.
