Will modernize legacy systems enhancing tech frameworks and workflows. Interview end-users & clients/stakeholders to gather complex software requirements. Translate business needs into functional specs and user stories. Dev. comprehensive project plans, prioritize tasks, and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders. Facilitate design sessions (using Microsoft Visio and Golden 32) with business and tech teams ensuring solutions meet business needs. Use comprehensive knowledge of database archit. and design principles - advise on database and software design issues. Define and document business processes and rules for software modifications and enhancements, using advanced modeling techniques such as Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERD), Write Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and Unified Modeling Language (UML) to ensure clarity and accuracy in system requirements. Apply knowledge of user stories and Agile methodologies to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring clear and actionable development tasks.
Position requires up to 100% domestic travel. This position is for full-time, salaried (W-2), permanent employment.

REQUIREMENTS:

Masters Degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology Management or a related field plus 1 year of experience in Business Analysis.
