We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated **IT Property Manager** to join our team, providing crucial support to the Network Operations Security Center (NOSC). You will be responsible to manage all aspects of Government-owned property on multiple Task Orders supporting various agencies and locations. This role requires a motivated, career and customer-oriented person who is knowledgeable about Government Property requirements and can assist the organization with compliance of all internal and external requirements.
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**
+ Responsible for managing all aspects of Government-owned property on multiple Task Orders for
+ various DHS Components, other Federal Agencies, and locations
+ Coordinate with government property manager and other contractors to support and manage
+ equipment delivery to and return from personnel
+ Oversee all aspects of managing Government Property issued to personnel supporting the contract maintaining equipment hand receipts for the life of the device plus 2 years after or longer, if required by the government
+ Provide advice, recommendations, and support as the subject matter expert for all things
+ Government Property
+ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FAR, DFARS, industry best practices, and asset management
+ applications
+ Ensure Government approved procedures are adhered to and all supporting documentation is
+ maintained and updated as appropriate, including backup files supporting records for audit
+ purposes
+ Manage and maintain accurate property transfer documents and support audits
+ Provide up to date reports for government, IDIQ, and TO personnel as required and to support monthly reports
+ Coordinate, as required, with the Purchasing Department(s) to reconcile purchase orders, receiving, and asset detail to build unique records for each piece of Government equipment per FAR requirements. Oversee disposition of excess, obsolete, or damaged Government property and support tech refresh
+ Oversee, and manage Lost, Damaged, Destroyed or Theft (LDDT) cases of government property provided to contractor personnel coordinating and informing the Government should that situation arise
**Required Qualifications:**
+ An associate’s degree
+ A minimum of (9) nine years of experience
+ A minimum of (2) two years of related experience in supporting geographically dispersed enterprise operations teams
+ Proficiency in MS Office applications including SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills with all levels of management and cross-functional team leadership and coordination
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ DHS Experience
+ DoD experience
+ ServiceNow experience
**Clearance Level:**
+ Must be a U.S. citizen
+ Must hold a Secret level clearance
+ Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance
+ Must be able to obtain and maintain DHS EOD suitability
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
+ Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
+ Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy, machine, and computer printer.
+ The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers,
+ which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
