The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in SOX compliance and possess a background in healthcare, with in-depth knowledge of HIPAA regulations. This role requires the ability to develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements. Skills and Requirements - 3-5 years managing within IT Risk and Compliance - Strong knowledge of IT Sarbanes-Oxley (IT SOX) - Strong understanding of ITGC (IT General Controls) and risk associated with each area - Familiar with leading practice IT controls frameworks and audit methodologies and IT industry standards ( COBIT framework, CIS, NIST ) - Knowledge of HIPPA - CISA, CISM, CIA, CPA, PMP (Project Management Professional) certifications - Prior healthcare experience - Previous internal or external audit experience null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
