IT Risk Professional (Hybrid - 3 Days in Office)

The Enterprise Operations & Technology (EO&T) Third Party Risk Management Team provides risk management support to the EO&T division at Freddie Mac. Drive strong operational third-party risk management knowledge and practices across EO&T that enables the business to make informed, risk-based decisions

Your Impact:

Assess on an ongoing basis the compliance and information security programs of our third-party suppliers.

Serve as a trusted adviser for effective management of information, technology, cloud and other emerging technology risks.

Assist in the development and improvement of supplier requirements, related policies, and procedures.

Find opportunities for operational improvements and streamline existing processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology

3-5 years of demonstrated ability in one or more of the following areas: operational risk management, information and technology risk management, third party risk, and supplier management.

Experience engaging with a broad range of stakeholders and partners.

Familiarity with the COSO, SOC2 Type II, NIST control framework and other risk management industry best practices.

Relevant professional certifications CISA, CISSP, Security+, CISM, CPA, CIA, etc. is a plus.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $81,000 - $121,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
