About the Intern Program
12-week program with start dates on: May 12th or 19th, or June 2nd40 hours per weekMust graduate between December 2025 - May 2027 Responsibilities Assist in monitoring and analyzing security alerts and incidents.Support the implementation of security policies and procedures.Support standardization and maturity of IT Security documentation.Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure security best practices are followed.Construct IT Security Communications that will be sent to various departments or the entire organization.Conduct research on the latest security threats and trends.Assist in the development and delivery of security awareness training.Assist in managing International’s identity infrastructure.Support operational technology from cybersecurity standpoint.Assist in identifying and remediating vulnerabilities within International’s environment Minimum Requirements Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. International Motors does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B or F-1 status) Desired Skills At least Sophomore standing for undergrad at the time of application.Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science/Security, or any IT Security related degree.Passion for technology, security and a hunger to learn.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Familiarity with programming, networking, or cybersecurity.Familiarity with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software.Previous internship or project experience in software development, data science, cybersecurity, etc.Able to work at least 12 weeks (starting the end of May or early June through August).
