Job Description/Responsibilities IT Security ManagerBio: The IT Security Manager is responsible for ensuring the safety of information systems at Sazerac by implementing and managing the company's Cyber Security Program. This program encompasses all facets of cybersecurity, including technologies, policies, processes, training, and communication initiatives.
Use PDS to enhance performance within the company through evaluation, planning, and goal execution. Strive to constantly develop oneself as a valuable asset through personal and professional growth and attention to the position’s outcomes. Identify training needs and design development plan, programs and content for the purpose of preparing for career opportunities within the company. Provide feedback to manager regarding on-the-job learning opportunities.Owns activities related to cyber security infrastructure at Sazerac. This infrastructure needs to be maintained and integrated into the larger Sazerac IT infrastructure.Contribute to Sazerac growth through dedicated breach prevention and response which will limit the potential financial impacts to Sazerac.Coordinates with the larger IT Operations team to ensure newly implemented IT Technologies align with the larger IT Business Continuation Plan.Develop and manage KPIs related to technology implementation in the areas of project management, project budget tracking, and organizational change.Utilize PPT as a task/project management tool where and when appropriate. Use PPT to accelerate progress on projects, identify / keep in contact with team members and make sure all projects are up to date.Responsible for overseeing activities related to cybersecurity systems to ensure protection and operational continuity against cyber breaches. Maintains security compliance across systems through the implementation of policies, audits, and vendor engagement. Manages components of the network monitoring and alerting system pertaining to cybersecurity. Delivers subject matter expertise to internal and external stakeholders. Cultivates and manages relationships with both internal and external vendors.
