About This Role
This IT Security Officer role will be working across the Hawk 127 Platform, responsible for all the IT and cyber security requirements for the program of work. This role will be based on the RAAF Base Williamtown, NSW.

Perform IT systems administration tasks including patching, ICT security, user management and moreAnalysis of system and security event logsAssist IT Security Manager (ITSM) to maintain and improve security posture as per the strategic security plan developed by the ITSMSecurity incident reporting and analysisPerform security risk assessments based on Defence Risk Management FrameworkOur ideal candidate has:
Strong knowledge of IT Systems and Security Administration experienceExtensive experience in Microsoft Active Directory and Group PolicyStrong knowledge of computer hardware, network devices and protocolsExperience with Australian Information Security Manual (ISM), Defence Security Principles Framework (DSPF) and Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF).What CAE offers you:

As the Australian Department of Defence is a major client, you must be eligible for SECRET (NV1) level Defence security clearance, and preferably already hold a current SECRET (NV1) clearance.
