Description We are on the hunt for an IT Security Specialist to join our team in Greenwich, Connecticut. This role is centered around the technology industry, with a focus on IT security. The successful candidate will be entrusted with the responsibility of managing and improving our security systems. This role provides a long-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Implement and maintain firewall technologies, with a focus on Checkpoint and Cisco ASA. • Utilize Cisco technologies in the management of our IT security infrastructure. • Manage and improve our cloud technologies, ensuring a secure online environment. • Conduct testing procedures, such as AB Testing, to evaluate the effectiveness of security measures. • Perform regular audits of our security systems and procedures. • Utilize AWS technologies in enhancing our IT security infrastructure. • Manage configurations across our IT systems, ensuring optimal security. • Spearhead our cybersecurity initiatives, identifying threats and implementing countermeasures. • Continually update and improve our IT security protocols based on industry trends and standards. Requirements • Proficiency in Checkpoint is required. • Familiarity with Cisco ASA is a must. • Candidates should have a strong understanding of Cisco Technologies. • Solid knowledge of Cloud Technologies is needed. • Expertise in Firewall Technologies is essential. • Experience in AB Testing is desirable. • Auditing skills are mandatory for this role. • Knowledge of AWS Technologies is required. • Configuration Management skills are a plus. • A strong background in Cyber Security is crucial.
