Detailed Job Description:-
Infosys supports 60 applications used in NPD lifecycle of any Product.
Most of the applications are developed in Microsoft technology and undergoing enhancements as per business needs.
Expectation from the BA is to take Business Requirements, articulate the requirements in terms of existing application flow and coordinate between Business and Development team to get the requirements executed.
Minimum years of experience*:5+
Certifications Needed: Yes, BE
Top 3 responsibilities you to shoulder and execute*:
1. Determine operational and business objectives by studying business functions gathering information evaluating output requirements and formats
2. Construct workflow charts and diagrams studying system capabilities writing detailed specifications
3. Improve systems by studying current practices designing modifications
Interview Process (Is face to face required?) No.
