This is an Application Manger role for Leap Program, this person is single point of contact for Business for all the Issues, Requests, problems, changes ..Etc , He/She will be the application Owner for Application Management services . Responsible for application BAU activities and co-ordination between multiple stakeholders and vendors to resolve the issues quickly. And conduct service review with stakeholders on regular basis. He should be tech savvy and able to provide quick workarounds for the problems
