Experience in report dashboards configurations Extensive experience and hands - on role in conducting requirement gathering and design workshops, preparing solution and functional blueprint, leading and coordinating solution design and deployment across multi-dimensional team Ability to analyze and identify gaps in functional/business requirement and should be able to effectively communicate with both Business and dev team on the same. Converting business requirements to Epics and Stories Serve as Subject Matter Expert for end-user community. Provide CRM expertise to streamline, automate, and standardize core business processes on SFDC platform Participate in project activities including QA, move to production, etc. Actively participate in cross-functional teams to integrate back office data in SFDC, and to address strategic business issues involving Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Setup and manage CRM change management process, governance, and prioritization of business needs
