Responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

This role will help to improve the end user experience by identifying, analyzing and characterizing events and behaviors of the windows OS while providing automation solutions and performance improvements. The job requires deep learning and specialization in Windows OS and the ability to analyze different PC and application behaviors like system crash, faults, errors and various performance problem by using a variety of tools, methods and automation. Thorough knowledge of Windows OS 8 & 10, MS Office products, PC configurations, PC hardware, networking and server environments and managing the Windows client OS (Win - 1 & 10) Basic knowledge of MS-SQL Willingness to continually learn new products and technologies
