Expertise in configuring Base ServiceNow system setup Expertise in building and configuring Foundation data set up Expertise in building and configuring Asset management, Discovery & CMDB with required integrations Expertise in building and configuring Service Mapping and APM.  Expertise in ServiceNow Integrations Very good knowledge in documentation

Minimum years of experience*: 9+

Responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

Design the solution and emphasize on best practices Run the workshops to bring the client to understand the design and process Gather the requirements Build the solution Provide the necessary documentation (design document, requirement gathering document, test cases, implementation/migration document)
