Detailed Job Description:

Install a new Pulse Gateway in Shanghai, adjust Azure Load Balancing to include the new Gateway. Install a new Pulse Gateway in Waltham, adjust Azure Load Balancing to include the new Gateway. Install a Pulse One management appliance. Upgrade all Gateways to the latest version. Upgrade Clients to latest stable version. Implement Split Tunnel for Skype application.
