Understanding of API functionality along with system development lifecycle methodology for highly critical real time applications Use Agile methodologies to deliver solutions. Expertise with Confluence and JIRA. Business Analysis EDS Domain Specialist responsibilities include Involved in Release Planning Requirements Scoping, tracking and communicating, conduct stakeholder analysis, Data Analysis, Elicitation, Requirement Analysis, Solution Assessment. Work with Lines of Business to understand Customer Data API needs and provide guidance on usage solution API Swagger Review with consumers, expertise with Customer Master data and the associated functional processes. Lead EDS Office Hours EDS Release Communications, Respond  Involved in Release Planning: Requirements Scoping, tracking and communicating, conduct stakeholder analysis, Data Analysis, Elicitation, Requirement Analysis, Solution Assessment. Work with Lines of Business to understand Customer Data API needs and provide guidance on usage solution API Swagger Review with consumers, expertise with Customer Master data and the associated functional processes. Lead EDS Office Hours: EDS Release Communications, Respond to consumer questions on EDS services, train on new API functionality Use Agile methodologies to deliver solutions. Expertise with Confluence and JIRA. Involved in agile team review of Requirements and test cases. Participates in UAT for the EDS application. Prepare requirement documents, process flows, business architecture and user reference materials, such as API catalogs. Excellent understanding of financial services and customer data management is required.
