Vertex product issues and tasks coordinate with client and offshore develop vertex knowledge with off team

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 5 years of experience with IT.

Preferred:

Experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition/Detailing of Processes Experience in Oracle Financial Skills: Oracle Financials - Oracle General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Cash Management, and Oracle Assets. Experience in Configuration/solutions evaluation/Validation and deployment Good Analytical and Communication skills Experience in supporting Oracle EBS R12 projects including incident management, problem management, patch analysis, root cause analysis, automations, and handling high severity issues within SLA. Experience in coordinating with Business and other teams on issues, enhancements and projects Experience in working with offshore teams to provide seamless support to client.
