Oversee all the aspects of Project Management in alignment with Costco Program Manager Prepare and Monitor the Project Plan Monitor the Project Progress Risk identification and Mitigation Status Reporting Ensure the project is executed as per agreed timeline and any deviation from the timeline/budget will be mutually agreed with Costco and Infosys Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project Manage relationships between business stakeholders Measure project performance and highlight Risks and mitigation Follow up on creation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation Status Reporting on a weekly Basis
