Detailed Job Description:

Support requirement workshops, help define the problem statement, provide solution alternatives, create detailed design documentation, implement deployment plan, and support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys. This is a new Subcon onsite requirement for onboarding earlier Subcon Rajendran who was part of SBUX account till last month. We want to onboard him due to some SOS situation at onsite. He has very good knowledge on SBUX process
