Detailed Job Descritpion:

Should have minimum 10 + years of experience in end to end SAP Basis implementation full life cycle. Should have hands on experience in SAP BASIS tasks such as designing & Implementing Landscape and Infrastructure, Client Strategy, Capacity Planning (Sizing), High-Availability & Disaster Recovery setup, Backup & Recovery Strategy, Storage systems, SAP Upgrades, OS /DB, Migration, Solutioning and Basis Administration., Should have experience in installing configuring, maintaining, and supporting multiple SAP landscapes and 3rd party tools., Candidate should have working experience of technology stack for SAP Enterprise Core Component (ECC), Business Intelligence (BI,/BW), Enterprise Portal (EP), SLD, Process Integration (XI /PI), SAP CRM, SAP CE, SAP SRM, SAP SUS, SRM MDM, Supplier Portal, Web Dispatcher, cFolders Content Server, CUA, SAP HANA and Solution Manager., Candidate should have good interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team. He/ she should be able to understand methodologies and their interaction with other business processes / applications. Should be self-driven, takes projects/tasks to completion. Coordinates the activities of technical support team members to meet contract obligations. Should have good client interfacing skills. Maintain close contact with client regarding assignments, work progress and statuses. Effective communications with all stakeholders and cross-functional teams in an effort to maximize the client experience. Identify potential issues and drives resolution to avoid client impact and facilitate continuous improvement. Escalation Management and professional representation of IT operations in the relevant governance structures
