Detailed Job Description:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education At least 8+ years of experience with Information Technology Must have 8 years of Manh WMoS Experience which includes working experience of Configuration on WMoS platform Should have the knowledge of architectural design patterns, performance tuning and functional and interface designs etc. Should provide technical leadership to project team(s) to perform design to deployment related activities, provide guidance, perform reviews, prevent and resolve technical issues. Should be responsible for defining and documenting solution, capturing and documenting non-functional (architectural) requirements, preparing estimates and defining technical solutions to proposals (RFPs) and Client Requirements. Need to collaborate with multiple teams from Infosys/customer to arrive at technical and tactical decisions. Should have experience in multiple Manh WMoS application versions. Working experience on functional testing, creating functional test approach/plan Debug and resolve a variety of issues (bugs, performance, and user) by reading through trace files Develop utilities, procedures, and documentation upon customer requirements Maintain application release control (version control) Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing new solutions and services Ability to design and develop POCs to customer on the preferred solution Assist with solving technical problems when they arise. Around 8 years of experience in Supply Chain Management especially focusing on Manhattan WMS Configurations, Functional Testing, System Integration Testing, End to End testing and Release Management pertaining to complex Warehouse Management implementations. Rich knowledge and experience on Manhattan SCOPE across versions Extensive exposure and experience in the Manhattan Warehouse Management implementations across the globe. Experience with 3PL customers will be an added advantage with specific focus on Customer onboarding. Good Experience on Manhattan WMS configurations. Excellent Communication, interpersonal and Analytic skills. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for Manhattan WMS configurations, Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support for the 3PL customers who implement Manhattan OR migrate to a newer version. Also responsible for go-live and warranty Support before turning the application over to the support team. Responsible for coordinating with Manhattan Vendor on any testing / configuration issues. Responsible for documentation and creation of defects/issues identified during Functional Testing, SIT, UAT and go-live. Responsible and accountable for addressing all issues with Functional Testing, SIT, UAT and go-live. Responsible for getting sign-offs on interface mapping / configuration documents Responsible for Functional Design Specifications where Manhattan WMS interfaces with other systems like – WCS, SAP etc.
