Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute: Lead and perform incident management, service request management and problem management Drive crisis calls, work with all interface teams and work towards permanent resolution for recurring, warehouse impacting issues Should work in onsite offshore model and be able to coordinate with offshore on a daily basis.
