Provide resolution for the critical incidents to keep the DC operations running. Coordinate with the client and the offshore team members in order to expedite the fixes to incidents. Participate in the meetings with client and offshore teams. As required prepare test strategy as per various testing phases like system testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, production verification testing etc.
